Obituary of Marilyn C Meyer

Marilyn C. Meyer, aged 86, of Brooklyn passed away on Friday , October 24, 2025. Mrs. Meyer was born on April 21, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late William H. Welsch and the late Margaret L. Fitzpatrick. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Thomas F. Meyer

Cherished Mother to Thomas Meyer, Margaret Giorgio (Jim), William Meyer (Rita), and Regina Tasso (Anthony). Dear Grandmother to Michael, Brittany (Matt), Thomas, James (Alyssa), Christopher, Marianna (Joe), Cheryl, Erin and Dylan. Adored Great Grandmother to Christopher and Joey-Toni.

Visitation will begin on Monday October 27, 2025, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and will continue Tuesday October 28, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn NY, 11234.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 09:30 am  on Wednesday, October 29, 2025,  at Resurrection Roman Catholic Church, 2331 Gerritsen Avenue Brooklyn, NY.

Committal service will immediately follow to St. Charles Cemetery. 2015 Wellwood Avenue Farmingdale, NY 11735. 

In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made in Marilyn’s name to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Good Shepherd Catholic Academy.
